Cleanliness of room not worth the cheap stay

The location mainly because its near food stalls. And the price is only $70 per night but we did not stay the night as it was just a daytrip for us. The room size is very big.

The overall cleanliness of room and even lobby and the lobby toilet near cafe looks like a bus station standard toilet!! The lobby 1 corner sofa looks old and worn and there is dust on the floor near the table of sofa. The room toilet flush cannot be flushed properly eventhough we press longer. Sink and bathtub is stained and has cracked signs. There is a LOT of VISIBLE dust in the wardrobe lower compartment. The mattress is hard and thin and the pillow case has stain and not standardised size; some super soft some very hard. Lastly, the tv quality is not clear. This hotel is good for few hours stay only. Will not stay here for the night definitely.

Reasonable price, huge family room, lacking facilities.

The room size exceeded my expectations, offering a spacious and comfortable environment that made my stay truly enjoyable. One of the standout features was the unobstructed view from my room. The expansive windows provided a breathtaking panorama, allowing me to enjoy the surrounding scenery without any obstructions. It was a delightful surprise and added a touch of serenity to my stay. The hotel's location proved to be another highlight. Conveniently situated, it boasts a prime spot with eateries and a car wash within walking distance. This made exploring the local area incredibly easy and added a layer of convenience to my stay. Whether I was in the mood for a delicious meal or needed to take care of practical matters like car maintenance, everything was just a short stroll away.

One of the primary issues I encountered was the extremely limited availability of parking spaces. With very few parking lots available, guests are left to fend for themselves, often resulting in a frustrating and time-consuming search for a suitable spot. The facility appeared outdated, with worn-out furnishings and facilities that seemed to have seen better days. It felt like stepping back in time to an era where maintenance and upkeep were not a priority. The toilet door was visibly damaged, and remained unrepaired. This lack of attention to basic maintenance is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Booking a room for a family of four should come with the expectation that toiletries for all occupants are provided. However, I was dismayed to find that the amenities were only sufficient for three people. This oversight is simply inexcusable and reflects a lack of attention to detail.

Change my room type. I booked a king size bed room instead of getting 2 single beds. Being told that it was already fully booked before I made the booking. Yet I booked it while it shows still available

Gd plc to stay if you are not fussy ones. Kids love the room because it comes with bath tub.

Everything is good esp the iftar buffet is really good. Maybe will come back for the buffet. The room service guy was very efficient. Good job to him (i think he's foreigner because of his accent). Even though we said no need to clean our room for the day, he ask anything u need sir? Towel? Toohbrushes? Because other hotel we went would just go off when we said no need to clean.

Except for the fridge- not working The hangers not uniformed (different types & colours) Need to iron clothes out of our room- at the iron corner. Very inconvenient.

a large old lady that has seen better days. huge room and comfortable but very tired and no lights over the bad so couldn’t read. only stayed one night and unlikely to return.
